EMISSION CONTROL
Integrated air cleaning that reduces ammonia, odour and dust after drying.
Biological or chemical scrubbing is selected according to material and emission load.
EMISSION CONTROL
The dryer can operate independently; air cleaning is an integral part of most projects.
Exhaust air is routed to the scrubber under controlled conditions. Systems are sized around air characteristics, ammonia load, footprint and operating preference.

BIOLOGICAL AIR CLEANING
Low-resistance, self-cleaning filters operating with bacteria.
Air passes through filter packs kept moist by sprayed water. Bacteria in the filter consume emission compounds; water keeps them moist and removes residues. An artificial water fog at the inlet captures dust. Low filter resistance limits fan energy.
- Simple construction
- Low maintenance and operating cost
- Self-cleaning filter
- Water-fog dust pre-collector

CHEMICAL AIR CLEANING
A compact three-stage process for high ammonia loads.
Ammonia reacts with sulphuric acid to form neutral ammonium sulphate: 2 NH₃ + H₂SO₄ → (NH₄)₂SO₄. Air passes through water pre-wash, sulphuric-acid solution and a final clean-water wash.
- Stage 1: water
- Stage 2: sulphuric acid in water
- Stage 3: clean water
- Compact for high ammonia

MODULAR DESIGN
Pump room, filter area and fan section scale together.
Chemical systems are available with 1-5 sections; larger airflows can be divided across two systems. Biological units combine a pump room, filter area, water curtain and collection tank.
- Section count sized to airflow
- Outdoor installation possible
- Integrated dryer controls

TECHNOLOGY SELECTION
Emission analysis and operating conditions define the right method.
Biological cleaning offers simplicity and low operating cost, while chemical cleaning can be more compact at high ammonia loads. Chemical and biological stages can be combined when required.
- Ammonia load
- Odour and dust profile
- Footprint and maintenance preference
- Local emission requirements
