MODULAR PLANT OPTIONS
Every option is assessed against total investment and operating balance.
Existing buildings, storage demand, product flow and waste-heat conditions differ. Modules around the dryer are therefore selected and positioned per project.

HEAT RECOVERY
Transfer exhaust-air temperature to incoming air.
Air leaving the dryer is too humid for further evaporation but remains warmer than outside air. An air-to-air exchanger transfers this temperature to incoming air. The preheated air is then brought to target temperature in the water-to-air exchanger, reducing heat demand.

TOPLOADER
Automatic product handling in an open bunker.
A large scraper travelling on an upper rail piles product delivered to storage and moves it into the feed auger. Product remains accessible for mixing or removal, unlike some moving-floor mechanisms.

CONTAINER SOLUTION
Fast, compact installation without a new hall.
A containerised drying plant may have a higher equipment cost, but can lower total project cost by eliminating a separate building. Hall installations remain common when dry-product storage already requires a building.

The design follows storage, input/output and service roads. Stacking condensers, heat recovery or air cleaning reduces footprint but may increase structural costs.
