Municipal solid waste composition, daily capacity, recoverable fractions, organic load and site logistics are assessed together. The goal is a practical plant concept that raises material recovery, turns the organic fraction into energy and reduces the volume sent to disposal.

SORTING AND PREPARATION
A flexible pre-treatment line that separates recoverable fractions.
Trommel screens, ballistic separators, optical sorters, magnetic separation and conveying equipment are configured around waste composition and target product purity. The organic fraction is prepared for biological processing while recyclable materials are directed into separate streams.

BIOLOGICAL CONVERSION
Biogas, energy and stabilised output from the organic fraction.
Depending on feed characteristics, the organic fraction can enter dry fermentation, digestion or other biological conversion stages. Biogas is used for energy generation, while process residues can move on to drying and advanced recovery.
